Brimstage is a small hamlet on the Wirral Peninsula near to the where the first settlers to the area in the 8th century named it WirHeal (later to become Wirral). WirHeal is ancient English for Bog Myrtle Corner, a name given to the area because of the large amount of the shrub that grew locally.
Bog Myrtle is an amazing botanical that gives Brimstage Gin a floral nose followed by a lingering spice. This really unusual gin is a must for any gin lover’s collection.
